Giving feedback

If you want to give the NHS feedback about something you are not happy with, you can do this via the Friends and Family Test (FFT). This is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

You may not be prompted to complete the form but most surgeries display a collecting box and feedback forms in their waiting rooms so you can complete one any time. If you don’t see anything and want to give feedback, simply ask for a form at reception.
